Winchester Bay is located two miles south of Reedsport, Oregon on the central Oregon Coast.  The Oregon National Dunes Recreation Area is home to the tallest dunes in Oregon with miles of hills, trails, and flat land covered in sand.​

DuneFest is a special event under special use permit with the Siuslaw National Forest & Douglas County Parks.
